Children on the thoughts of babies

Let me preface this by saying that my office is pretty small. I have a desk, sign in table, book case, and kidney table with 3 chairs filling it currently. I also have a 2 year old daughter, whose picture I proudly display on my little desk (as any mother would). One of my responsibilities is to conduct vision and hearing screenings. I've noticed lately how fascinated my 4th & 5th graders are about seeing pictures of my daughter! I've also had severeal students ask if she is my only child. Currently, she is, but I'm expecting twin boys in the next 7-8 weeks, which is pretty obvious by now. The reaction to this news makes me laugh & smile daily. It's funny to see these kids running and being rough with friends, but when babies are involved, their whole demeanor changes. It's very sweet =)
